One of the UK’s most talented music supervisors working in the advertising and brand worlds. As our SVP Supervision, Elisa oversees all of our creative output to ensure it achieves its emotional goals.
A founding partner of Sonicbrand, Paul has been at the forefront of the industry for over 10 years. Previously working with global automotive clients at Grey Advertising, Paul now runs our big programs focussing on audio brand strategy and guidelines.
Our youngest curator, Esther is a consumer of anything unheard, unsigned and unbelievably good. Esther is currently documenting life in the London music scene, bringing the best new talent straight into our work with youth and fashion brands.
Heads our work in Sports, overseeing music curation and sonic branding activities across rugby, cricket and gaming. A sports and music geek, he seems to have found his dream job.
Gala represents our roster of up and coming composers in their work for brands and agencies. Working out of our London studios she has access to an amazing array of talent and her talent is to be able to deliver music for any budget.

Tom is the keeper of our music catalogue as well as being a talented composer and sound technician (having worked for such luminaries as Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard). With so many strings to his bow it is no wonder that the cello is his favourite instrument.
Heads our publishing department, managing all aspects of copyright and royalty tracking. Rob came to us from PRS where he worked in publisher relations working with Universal Music Publishing, Carlin, Harrisongs and MPL amongst many others.
